Key Responsibilites
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages as necessary.
- Implementing best practices for web development, including accessibility standards, SEO principles.
- Testing and debugging websites and web applications to ensure optimal functionality across various browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
- Continuously optimizing website performance and user experience through ongoing analysis and refinement.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions and improve development processes.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed to maintain the integrity and stability of our online platforms.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on design and functionality improvements.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelors degree With min GPA 3.2 from reputable university
- Have adept knowledge regarding PPH 21 and Payroll, Attendance, alongside with HRIS
- Able to use Ms. Office
- Have a good understanding on Indonesian Labor’s Law
